Most SEREN DIAMONDS pieces are made to order. Production generally takes approximately 3–4 weeks before shipment. Timing may vary by design, metal, stone selection, and customization.

Yes. SEREN DIAMONDS can review requests for changes to available designs or fully custom jewelry. Contact our team with reference images, preferred metal, ring size, stone shape, and budget so we can confirm feasibility.

Our rings use US sizing. For the most accurate result, we recommend having your finger measured by a local professional jeweler before ordering.

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may include major credit cards and supported digital wallets. Availability can vary by device and location.

For a standard payment, the charge is submitted when your order is placed. Installment or digital-wallet providers may follow their own authorization and payment schedules.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same fundamental chemical composition and crystal structure as mined diamonds. Their primary difference is origin: they are created in a controlled laboratory environment.

Certification details are stated on each applicable product page. When a diamond is sold with an IGI or GIA report, the corresponding report information is provided with the order as available.

Remove fine jewelry before heavy work, exercise, swimming, or using harsh chemicals. Store pieces separately, clean them gently, and have prongs and settings inspected periodically by a qualified jeweler.
