SEREN DIAMONDS – Shipping Policy Summary

1. Free Worldwide Shipping

  • Seren Diamonds offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.

  • Taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer for international orders.

2. Processing & Production Time

  • Most jewelry pieces are made to order.

    • Standard production time: approximately 2–3 weeks

    • Platinum items may take longer.

  • In-stock items usually ship within 3 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via major carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or USPS.

  • Many orders are sent using priority or overnight shipping once production is complete.

4. Insurance & Security

  • All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost while in transit.

  • Insurance covers loss, theft, or damage, as long as seren approved shipping method is used.

  • Seren is not responsible for shipments sent using unauthorized third-party carriers.

5. Signature Requirement

  • For security reasons, signature confirmation is required upon delivery for most orders.

6. Address Changes

  • Shipping address changes can be requested before the order ships.

  • Once a tracking number has been issued, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Any difference in taxes or duties caused by an address change may result in a refund or additional charge.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • These charges are paid by the customer, and the carrier may contact the recipient directly for payment.
